If you have any dissatisfaction with this site, or wish to pass on any comment, or have any questions, then you should contact Jane Gray, the Centre Manager, in the first instance who will try to resolve the matter to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, then please contact the company secretary by writing to the Advice Centre's address and marking your letter 'private and confidential'.
